“We spent a couple of nights here to visit Bradford on Avon which you could easily get to by car or bus The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable bed We had an issue with hot water but this was quickly resolved and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient We had dinner on our first evening and I can highly recommend their homemade Pizzas especially with the wild garlic Great hotel and would not hesitate to stay again”

“What a nice place to stay. Rooms were a good size and evening meal was very nice and good price. Staff were the best part. Friendly and it sounds a cliché but they made it feel a home from home. The only thing letting it down is the American style 'continental' breakfast. No cooked breakfast. Will stay there again when I am in the area. Suze, Linda and the young lad who greeted me... are a credit to the running of the hotel. They made the stay great. Thank you”

“We got married at The Moonraker in August 2025 and everything about it was perfect. Courtney - the Events Manager - was fantastic in the lead up to the day, always responsive over email to our questions and very flexible with last minute changes, the rest of the staff who supported on the days of the celebration were excellent as well, going out of their way to accommodate requests wherever they could. Wedding breakfast and evening food on the day was delicious, and the kitchen staff were able to cater for all dietary requirements without an issue. Exclusive use of the venue overnight with an incredibly well-priced room rate for guests, including a cooked breakfast, was a wonderful addition that allowed us to continue our celebrations into the following morning. We stayed in Room 2 for 4 nights as part of the wedding and absolutely loved the room and all amenities provided (iron, storage etc…), and heard great things from other guests about their rooms as well. Thank you all for helping make our wedding so special.”

“The Moonraker Hotel is a gem of a find. Set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside this old Manor House offer high quality accommodation in fabulous surroundings at an affordable price. The staff were outstanding in the way they addressed our small issues and were so pleasant they made us feel really comfortable.
